Easy check-in well explained. The room and bathroom were absolutely fine. I particularly enjoyed the private use of the excellent sauna. There was also a comfortable lounge.

the staff was really nice and friendly, the room had a nice balcony with pretty nice view of the eiffel tower and pantheon, the room was nice, bed was comfy, location was great. Havent been to spa nor the gym during my stay but had a nice stay.

The room was clean, the hotel has an elevator, gym, and spa. The bathroom was relatively large. The front desk staff were all helpful, day and night.

I'm not usually one for leaving reviews but i feel compelled to as me and my partner had the most amazing weekend stay in Paris at the Best Western Plus La Demure. The facilities were modern but still very classy, the location was pretty ideal, not close enough to be affected by any noise of the city centre but everything felt nearby. The staff were the cherry on-top of this whole experience they were professional, attentive, polite and available 24/7 so would like to say a massive thank you to them🙏🏻😁

Such a beautiful hotel with a free sauna and massage services available, Saif at the reception was so kind and helpful when I had trouble opening the door to the sauna and giving me fresh towels.Also I had a upgrade on my room without asking ,a marble fireplace ,a terrace just to step out and get fresh air ,a sitting area with table and chairs ,coffee maker and tea kettle which I always need to have ,also a cute little curtain surrounding the small closet space ,complimentary water was a nice touch and a desk . I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Paris ,no need to search for anything better .Artisanal boulangerie is located directly across from the hotel also.

The management team is doing a great job! Excellent customer service. What ever we needed was quickly taken care off. Rooms are good size and beds are very comfortable. Room service was provided daily . Breakfast is very good! Hotel is situated with lots of restaurants and coffee shops around and a bakery right across the street.

Wonderful experience - the rooms are really beautiful with a lovely view from the upper floor windows. Champagne welcome. Cleaning staff very thorough and hard working. I injured my back whilst travelling and the front staff were so helpful in assisting me when it was at its worst - this was hugely appreciated, thank you. Nice infused water prepared by the catering lady in the foyer. And a decent breakfast with things like yoghurt, walnuts and other things.

Clean and confortable. Modern furniture, complimentary water always available. Well located, close to public transportation, restaurants and supermarkets around. Good free wifi connection if you need to work. The staff was nice.

The staff was very helpful, professional and friendly. The hotel lobby was very comfortable with amenities. They had a nice room that you could wait comfortably. They had a great wine bar. The room we were in was small but the space is well utilized and there is a place for everything. The beds are comfortable. The room was quiet. We had one facing the courtyard. The breakfast was great. You had two choices continental or a larger breakfast. The location is in an area with great restaurants. You can access the metro easily to see the sights. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.
